Mainly because Nikhil and his team came across as very passionate about this project which shows in the way it has been designed. They have thought through all the implementation issues in great detail and I've been thoroughly impressed. Most importantly, they're not relying on any third party financing or on sales for project completion, which gave me full comfort on timely handover.
