Profile

Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Nikhil Jain has 23 years of work experience in the real estate sector, which includes working for over 12 years as CEO of a big real estate developer based in Gurugram.

Be it delivering units to buyers, raising funds (from private investors as well as Government funds like SWAMIH), resolving land related matters, Government liasoning, complete projects execution, company management or media interactions, Mr. Nikhil Jain has proficiency in managing all the aspects of a successful corporation.

Experience

Real Estate Projects (in Gurugram):

7 Group Housing projects with over 55 lacs sq. ft. area having more than 3800 customers with saleable area of almost 30 lacs sq. ft. Over 2600 units already handed over. Total cost of projects - over Rs 3500 cr. 2 Plotted colony projects spread over 225 acres having development potential of over 80 lacs sq. ft.

Funds raised:

For real estate projects - Rs. 2000 cr (including Rs. 300 cr from SWAMIH) with repayment of over Rs. 1400 cr

As consultant - USD 800 mn for various clients
